At Home Pilates – by Vision Pilates


We have created three videos to keep your fitness up and immune system strong with each video focusing on different areas. These videos have been designed with you in mind and allowing you to do your pilates sessions in your own home easily.

  • Our first video focuses on getting your body ready for the day and can be easily added to your Morning Routine.
  • The second video has been designed more for when you have had a big day or feeling stressed and will help to calm and relax your body.
  • Our third video is a full-body workout, focusing on making you stronger and increasing your flexibility.

These videos together bring a wholesome and healthy workout routine for you to be able to do in the comfort of your own home without the need for lots of equipment.

Once you purchase the download pilates workouts, you will be sent an email with a link to download the Read Me file. When you click the link, that will trigger an automatic download of the file to your computer. In most cases, these will go to the “Downloads” folder on your computer. Please open the Read Me file to find how and where to download the videos from. If you are prompted to allow a download, please click “Allow”. Inside the “Read Me” document as well, you will find a link to a Facebook group for you to connect and engage with Vanessa and other pilates lovers.
