The Sunwayfoto Australia warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 6 years. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge. Sunwayfoto Australia will only provide warranty for Sunwayfoto products purchased from Sunwayfoto Australia or it’s Authorised Dealers.
The Sunwayfoto warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, self dismantling, loss or theft. Please contact us at email@example.com to proceed with your warranty claim and include a copy of your purchase receipt.
The Sunwayfoto Special Care warranty
To be sure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase, we provide a special care program that covers the first 14 days after purchase. This includes ANY KIND of defect or damage caused by normal use. If you believe your Sunwayfoto product is under the special care warranty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating in the subject of the email “Special Care” and in the text, your address and telephone. We will be happy to assist you in this process.
The Sunwayfoto Special Care warranty does not cover
Damages occurred from exposure to water or fire;
Any damage of any part of the product resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, self dismantling, accidents (knocks, stains, cracks etc.) incorrect use of the product.
